perfect location modern design helpful assistance easy exploration
i was grateful for the perfect location. the modern design throughout the hotel was visually appealing, and i found it well maintained. jamal's assistance was particularly helpful. the proximity to amenities and transport links made exploring the city very easy.
the shower drainage seemed slow, a very minor inconvenience.

i noted breakfast service. it seemed comprehensive with nice complete breakfast options. the food standards looked amazing and i will definitely dine there next time. i saw the best burger served to someone in years.

my room featured a super king bed, very comfortable. slippers and robes were available. i loved that they had a list of items also to order from the bedroom. a well stocked mini bar and snacks completed the room amenities.

the staff members were friendly and accommodating. i noticed madhav, jamal and bogda, they were wonderful checking guests in. they looked after luggage and brought refreshments. alicia seemed a wonderful concierge and helped guests book bus tours.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room had a well-stocked mini bar, including snacks. The bed was very comfortable, and i slept well.
The air conditioning in my room was not effective, uncomfortable. I had to call the front desk to report the issue.

The staff provided complimentary prosecco upon arrival, a nice touch. The concierge helped book a bus tour. I found this very useful. Staff were available to order forgotten items, a great service.

helpful staff great location metro station hard pillows tight entrance business trip
the location IS superb. it is really near the bus station and metro station and within walking distance to several places. the staff were very pleasant and helpful, i found.
the bathroom entrance felt very tight to me. the pillows felt too hard. i do return for business trips, yet these points remain.
